I love being in the kitchen. I’m not afraid to experiment with new ingredients, modify a recipe to fit my tastes, or try something new.
Homemade ice cream is a specialty. My signature flavor is Sweet Potato Pie with bits of graham cracker crust to add some texture. I’ve also made oatmeal, corn, Guinness, malt, and am experimenting with savory flavors as well.
